Andreas holds a Master’s degree from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and has nearly ten years of experience in Corporate Finance from PwC and KPMG, with a primary focus on M&A. He has also served as CEO of Forsbergs Fritidscenter.

Andreas founded AHL Partners in 2017, driven by a strong entrepreneurial ambition to build an advisory firm centred on long-term relationships, client commitment and high-quality advisory services.

Pelle holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg.

Most recently, he worked as an analyst in Corporate Finance at PwC, where he primarily focused on transaction advisory services for both private and public companies.

Previously, Pelle has also held positions in the banking sector at SEB and SBAB, as well as worked in accounting at Hedin Bil.

Sebastian previously held a position as a junior analyst at Strivo, focusing on public companies. He has also worked as a licensed corporate and investment advisor at Swedbank.

In addition to his professional experience, Sebastian has also run his own business and been involved in the management of various associations and organizations.
