Andreas has more than 10 years’ experience of Corporate Finance as a senior consultant in M&A at both PwC and KPMG. He has also been on the customer side, as CEO of a medium-sized retail company, Forsbergs Fritidscenter.
In 2017, Andreas started AHL Partners together with Henrik Lernfelt.
Henrik Lernfelt

MSc in Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology and a BSc in Business and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
Henrik has more than 10 years’ experience of corporate finance as a senior consultant in transaction services at PwC and EY, and as a business developer within Kinnevik.
Formerly, he worked as an authorised public accountant having completed the examination of professional competence.
Fredrik Ulvenstam
Partner
MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.
Fredrik has more than 10 years’ experience of Corporate Finance as a senior consultant in M&A, specialized in tech-companies.
Previously, he worked as management consultant at Accenture.
Fredrik is responsible for AHL Partners’ Stockholm location.
Olof Ragnerius
Partner
MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.
Olof has more than 10 years’ experience of corporate finance as a senior consultant in transaction services at PwC and he has also worked as director in Corporate Finance at Volvo Cars.
Olof joined AHL Partners in 2022 and he is responsible for financial due diligence.
Sebastian Wikholm
Financial Analyst
MSc in Finance from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
Sebastian previously held a position as a junior analyst at Strivo, focusing on public companies. He has also worked as a licensed corporate and investment advisor at Swedbank.
In addition to his professional experience, Sebastian has also run his own business and been involved in the management of various associations and organizations.
Pelle Cornéer
Financial Analyst
Pelle holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg.
Most recently, he worked as an analyst in Corporate Finance at PwC, where he primarily focused on transaction advisory services for both private and public companies.
Previously, Pelle has also held positions in the banking sector at SEB and SBAB, as well as worked in accounting at Hedin Bil.
