Andreas has more than 10 years’ experience of Corporate Finance as a senior consultant in M&A at both PwC and KPMG. He has also been on the customer side, as CEO of a medium-sized retail company, Forsbergs Fritidscenter. 

In 2017, Andreas started AHL Partners together with Henrik Lernfelt.

Pelle holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the School of Business, Economics and Law in Gothenburg.

Most recently, he worked as an analyst in Corporate Finance at PwC, where he primarily focused on transaction advisory services for both private and public companies.

Previously, Pelle has also held positions in the banking sector at SEB and SBAB, as well as worked in accounting at Hedin Bil.

Sebastian previously held a position as a junior analyst at Strivo, focusing on public companies. He has also worked as a licensed corporate and investment advisor at Swedbank.

In addition to his professional experience, Sebastian has also run his own business and been involved in the management of various associations and organizations.
